I am an experienced, compassionate, culturally responsive and trauma informed therapist who works with people of all ages and backgrounds. I have specific expertise working with young adults and women who have experienced complex trauma. In my role as a therapist, I support people navigating the challenges of mental health, anxiety, depression, trauma, conflict, life changes, identity, stress, relationships etc. I believe in people's capacity for growth, self compassion and change.
