Hey, Hey! I’m excited to meet you! I work with adolescents and adults experiencing a broad range of life experiences including anxiety, depression, perfectionism, launching, interpersonal conflict, familial dysfunction, grief, trauma, and life transitions. I believe therapy is for everyone and lean strongly on my ability to authentically connect with my clients. I utilize a broad therapeutic approach where I pull from Internal Family Systems, and Solution-Focused, Psychodynamic, and Emotion Focused Family Therapy modalities to tailor a plan best fit for you. I have extensive training in Internal Family Systems Therapy (Parts work) and Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EEFT). I am IFS Level One trained.
