As a fellow participant in the daily life of a human being, I know firsthand some of the struggles, questions, and emotions that can arise, and believe that no one should have to work through these alone. Whether they feel big or small, old or new, visible or invisible, you deserve to be heard and attuned to. As a Licensed Associate Counselor, I have the honor of walking with my clients in the absurdity of life. My goal is to create a positive, safe space where clients can be themselves, build self-confidence, practice new skills, and gain insight into themselves. My specialties include neurodivergence, social skills, anxiety, depression, chronic health conditions, perfectionism, self-esteem, and family dynamics. I also specialize in leading Therapeutic RPG (Role Playing Game) Groups. Often seen alongside me in the office is Watson, a Pembroke Welsh Corgi in training to become a certified therapy dog.
