Hi, I’m Olivia Callister, an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist, and I believe deeply in the human capacity to heal when given safety, presence, and compassion. I help people reconnect with themselves, feel safer in their bodies, and move out of patterns of overwhelm, anxiety, and emotional disconnection. Through somatic practice and parts work, we will seek to understand not just your thoughts and feelings, but what your body has learned to expect from the world. In our sessions, we slow down, explore your nervous system, and heal the parts of you that learned to survive in early life. I support people experiencing: • Anxiety, overwhelm, or shutdown • Difficulty regulating emotions • Sleep struggles or insomnia • Relationship or attachment challenges • Postpartum or parenting transitions • End-of-life care, anticipatory grief • Perfectionism, people-pleasing • Feeling “stuck”
