Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, and relationship difficulties. They find themselves stuck in unwanted patterns of people-pleasing, conflict avoidance, perfectionism, decision paralysis, and/or emotional reactivity that leave them struggling to feel at ease with themselves and to connect with others. They desire to break free from the past in order to live more authentically and to be the healthiest version of themselves, both for themselves and for their current or future partners, families, children, and friends.
