Thank you for visiting my page! I work primarily with adolescents, young adults, and young professionals. My experience includes eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, difficulties in life transition, professional issues, and religious/spiritual issues. I also offer faith-based counseling from a Christian perspective, if requested. I work from a Processed- Based Therapy perspective, prioritizing the individual experience of my clients. I also have experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person- Centered Therapy. I received my Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University, and my Bachelors of Science from Auburn University. I am also looking to finish my MS of Christian Ministry at Mercer. I am currently a doctoral student at the University of Georgia where I am completing my doctorate in Counseling Education and Supervision.
