As a therapist, I have found my passion in working with children and teenagers, helping them navigate the many transformative stages of life. I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where children and teens feel comfortable, supported, and understood, knowing they have a strong advocate for their mental health and life challenges. I work exclusively with children and teenagers experiencing concerns such as depression, anxiety, OCD, self-image challenges, life transitions, and trauma-related symptoms. I value collaborating closely with parents and caregivers and use a non-judgmental, individualized approach to support each child’s mental health and growth.
