My after-school sessions are currently full, but I am available for daytime sessions before 2:30pm. Every child deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported—especially when life feels hard to navigate. I work with children and adolescents, ages 6 to 18, who face challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, low self-esteem, or difficulties at school or with peers. They need a safe, supportive space to express themselves openly and develop the skills and resilience to heal, grow, and thrive. Together, we focus on building confidence and emotional strength to better navigate life’s ups and downs.
