As a therapist it's my job to offer you a supportive space where you can comfortably explore your thoughts and feelings. We will work together to make intentional goals that guide this exploration, because there is a reason you're wanting therapy! That reason is different for everyone and I am here to listen with acceptance and curiosity. Common concerns in my clients are feelings of anxiety, depression, overwhelm about balancing relationships, work, and/or school, and stress from personal experiences; identity concerns, difficulty with focus or concentration, or difficulties with relationships. I work with individuals 18+ and couples of all statuses. I use an integrative approach, which means that I adapt my counseling to each client's needs. I blend relational therapies with person-centered, narrative, and cognitive behavioral therapies. I identify as a trauma-informed, multicultural, queer/gender-affirming, health at every size therapist.
