Maybe you want to create a change in your life and do not know where to begin. I am here with the hope we can work through life's challenges and changes together in a nonjudgmental space where you can be heard, seen, and supported. I am a licensed mental health counselor with years of experience in the treatment of adjustment, anxiety, emotional trauma, depression, and interpersonal issues, I also have years of experience working with the Autism Spectrum and LGBTQIA+ population. During session, I implement a variety of techniques to meet the needs and goals of the individual.
