I enjoy working with clients that are navigating the new chapters of their lives, such as adjusting to college/post grad, major life changes, and exploration of identity. I also feel passionate about working with clients that are struggling with disordered eating behaviors or eating disorders, and will work collaboratively as part of a treatment team for those in need of this support. My approach is humanistic and integrative. I utilize techniques from my various areas of training based on the needs of my client.
