Whether you have experienced trauma, are navigating symptoms of depression and/or anxiety or just need a space to process life challenges, you are in the right place. I am passionate about supporting BIPOC individuals process, build skills and heal. I believe it is important to have a therapist that can relate to your lived experience. My style is playful, reflective, empathetic and humble. I work with adolescents, adults and parents to address concerns including, but not limited to: trauma, stress, relational issues, life transitions, managing emotions, racial trauma and racial identity development.
