My goal is to help you connect more to your authentic self while shedding what no longer serves you. This often involves rewriting parts of your life story. We will work at your pace to explore a deeper understanding of the heaviness and wounds you may carry in order to explore avenues for growth and evolution. My style is open, warm, and compassionate.
