I am an integrative psychotherapist with a master of clinical social work from Columbia University. I have dedicated my professional life to learning experiential approaches that focus on the mind-body connection, attachment theory, and healing trauma. I am passionate about sharing what I have learned through my extensive training, holistic psychotherapy practice, my healing work, and having designed and taught an innovative somatic-based trauma course for social work graduate students.
