Olivia offers a space where we can be together in all of it – all of the thoughts, feelings, sensations, stories and lineages we all carry. Olivia strives to stay rooted in the relational work of healing justice, mindfulness, acceptance/commitment strategies, harm- reduction, and liberatory health. Olivia offers individual long and short term therapy for adults.
