Hello! I am Olivia Landgrebe, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping the people I work with find reclaim self-control and peace in their lives. I am person centered in my approach with my main areas of focus being depression, anxiety, codependency, trauma, and substance abuse. However, I am open to seeing others outside of this focus. I utilize several different modalities in my counseling approach, including person centered, DBT, CBT, EMDR, relapse prevention, & motivational interviewing.
