I am passionate about creating a therapeutic space that feels safe, free from judgment, and where clients can process their most difficult experiences and celebrate their most gratifying triumphs. I have experience working with clients who have a variety of mental health concerns including but not limited to depression, trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and grief. I work with clients to create individualized treatment plans that reflect their goals and values as a whole person. I am trained in EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Modalities used in therapy sessions include Mindfulness, Meditation, Strength Based Approaches, Structured problem solving, and Person Centered Approaches to name a few.
