I believe that the therapeutic relationship between therapist and client is essential to quality care. I understand the hesitations and fears that can arise when beginning therapy and choosing to bravely explore your emotions. My approach is grounded in compassion, honesty, and authenticity. Humor can be found in my sessions when appropriate while also drawing on mindfulness techniques. I am a trauma-informed therapist that specializes in eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, ADHD, trauma, depression, anxiety, family/relational issues, and identity-related challenges.
