I help teens, families, and adults who are struggling with trauma. This comes in many forms including complex, generational, and acute trauma. I believe that trauma can present itself in myriad of distressing symptoms including but not limited to outbursts, isolation, dissociation, depression, difficulty in relationships, anxiety and fear, and loss of self. I want to be able to work together with my clients to help relive what can often be a life long struggle with the symptoms of traumatic events.
