Each and every one of us has learned how to survive in a complex set of circumstances. It is my job to help my clients decide which of those survival skills are still helpful, and which ones served them as a child, and now hurt them in their adult or young adult life. I believe that everyone already has everything within them to heal, and I enjoy challenging clients to see that for themselves. I specialize in working with teens and adults with complex trauma, childhood sexual abuse, domestic violence, PTSD, grief, attachment difficulties, and anxiety.
