How do you feel at the end of a tough conversation with someone you love? Do you feel misunderstood, ruminating on the things you wish they knew? Do you shut down or feel like you have to hide parts of yourself? Are you stuck in confusion or judgment because (let's face it) you don’t understand them either? Maybe you have a sense that deeper connection could be possible, but you just don’t know how to get there. I believe that everyone deserves authentic, fulfilling connections, but the reality is that many of us weren’t given the tools to create and maintain those connections.
