I take a warm, empathetic and personable approach to therapy because I believe healing happens within genuine, supportive connections- not through distance. While I center you in our work, I naturally bring much of myself into the room, and I hope it encourages you to do the same. We all have an innate capacity to grow, and even transform into new versions of ourselves.
