My clients are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and identity development. I work with many individuals with a history of trauma who experience self-judgement and self -doubt. My clients tend to feel held back in some area of their life, often exacerbated by oppressive systems within our society. I help clients to build their self-esteem and foster understanding and empathy. I help clients cope with stressors and assist them in building a more meaningful life. I emphasize affirmation specifically of women, people of color, LGBTQIA + communities, and other marginalized groups.
