I love working with people ages 16 and up who are navigating life transitions—whether that’s adolescence, early adulthood, career shifts, burnout, or the impact of trauma. I bring years of experience working in school settings, where I supported teens and adults through crisis, built sustainable support structures, and worked closely 1:1 with students and faculty alike. I have a particular passion for working with frontline workers and helpers who carry a great deal while often putting themselves last. My work is trauma-informed as an EMDR Trained Therapist and grounded in the belief that healing happens when we address both the nervous system and the root causes—not just symptoms.
