As a former athlete that navigated many challenges and mental battles during my athletic career, I knew early on that I wanted to help others work through their own mental battles. I’m a firm believe that therapy can be a powerful place to start when you’re trying to understand what’s holding you back, move through a challenge, or make meaningful changes in your life. I work with a variety of presenting concerns including eating disorders, anxiety, depression, body image, burnout, life transitions, and relationship issues.
