I am a multicultural, bilingual (in Spanish and English) Marriage and Family Therapist with almost 40 years of experience across Latin America, California, and the New York City area. My goal is to help clients discover new ways to communicate, heal trauma, and navigate emotional experiences to achieve balance and integration in their lives. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and the neurobiological responses underlying human behavior. Many of my clients are able to cope and manage conflicts better within just a few sessions.
