Healing is a process, and reaching out for support reflects great courage. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my mission is to empower individuals as they navigate their unique journey to healing. I have extensive experience working with a wide variety of populations. This includes families and young adults to teenagers, parents, couples and children aged six and under and adults. I am culturally diverse and use evidence based practices, as well as staying educated on new theories and interventions. My approach is often with the use of CBT, DBT as well as psychodynamic therapy.
