I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I earned a bachelor’s in developmental psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and my master’s in social work, social policy, and social administration from the University of Chicago. I have experience working with individuals throughout the lifespan, from infancy through late adulthood. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults on anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use, grief, self-awareness, self-management, and relationship skills.
