Life is not always easy and everyone can use a little help every once in a while! I provide a sensible approach to assist a broad demographic of individuals contending with substance use, personality disorders, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, adjustment difficulties, self-esteem challenges, relationship issues, pregnancy and post-natal mental health concerns, other women’s issues, as well as with first responders. My clients hope to find a sense of inner peace and understanding with respect to their issues so that they can live present, full lives. You don't have to enact your vision of self-fulfillment alone.
