I focus my interaction with a client using a client-centered approach. I feel that using a comfortable, non-judgmental, and empathetic approach supports the connection I like to build with the clients I work with. My experience has been working with adults 25+ who struggle with symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma. I have a specialization working with the Latino community addressing areas of immigration, acculturation, inter-generational trauma, and family dynamics.
