As a Mental Health Counselor and Mental Performance Consultant, I support individuals navigating the complexities of performance, identity, emotional wellness, and personal growth. With a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and a specialization in Sport & Performance Psychology from Boston University - as well as my own background as a Division I athlete - I bring both clinical training and lived experience to the therapeutic space. I work with adolescents and adults facing a wide range of challenges, including trauma, depression, anxiety, body image concerns, relationship issues, and performance-related stress.
