Through an embodied and trauma-informed approach, I work with clients who might be dealing with anxiety, depression, body image struggles, relationship and family dynamic issues, life transitions, trauma, PTSD, self-regulation concerns, and codependency. I help clients who want to practice radical acceptance and find a sense of safety in their bodies, minds, relationships, homes, workplaces, and life experiences. I welcome those who may be affected by socio-political-environmental issues and work through a feminist lens to relate with my clients. Sessions are offered in-office, outdoors, and virtually. Eco therapy offers a reciprocal healing relationship with the natural world, which can be powerful to integrate into your everyday life and healing journey. DMT works to provide body awareness and regulation in ways that talk therapy alone may not.
