Welcome! I have been in the human services field for 24 years and providing psychotherapy for the past 16 years. I moved my practice to my hometown 11 years ago and have been enjoying working with community members in Enosburg and surrounding towns ever since. I love meeting people from around the rest of the state through online work as well! I also enjoy providing therapy services to residents at Brownway Residence in Enosburg. Additionally, I have 11 years of experience as a medical social worker, helping patients and families with oncology and end-of-life, grief and loss, acute and chronic illness, and pain. I provide standard cognitive behavioral approaches in my work and I also really enjoy using mindfulness and meditation, body based techniques, spirituality, and natured based approaches. As a social worker, I also try to connect people with appropriate resources to address outside issues in their life that may be affecting their mental health.
