I help individuals break free from internal power struggles and live in alignment with their values. I use evidence-based approaches to assist my clients in letting go of negative beliefs, and strengthen their capacity to navigate a challenge. My clients work with me to heal from past traumas and de-identify from their "programming", learn to accept themselves more fully and build confidence to help them accomplish their goals. You can expect to come away from our sessions with more insight, self-compassion and resiliency.
