Everyone deserves a space where they feel seen, heard, and supported - and I strive to create that space through evidence-based techniques and attunement to our most fundamental human needs. I specialize in working with pre-teens, teens, and young adults navigating complex trauma, stressful family dynamics, high anxiety, Borderline Personality Disorder, and neurodivergence. I’m especially passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ youth and adults, and I’m trained to write gender readiness letters for those pursuing Gender-Affirming Hormone Therapy (GAHT). Many of my clients face challenges rooted in discrimination, systemic injustice, and generational trauma. Our sessions together are a safe space to explore your inner world - thoughts, emotions, and learned responses. Nothing is too scary to share here. Healing begins when we understand the patterns that shape us.
