I help teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, body image, self-esteem, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), and ADHD as well as individuals exploring themselves in their sexuality, sexual orientation, relationship structure, and gender identity to live at ease with authenticity, peace, and liberation. Clients find the most powerful and congruent changes by pulling from their own values, beliefs, and strengths. I believe that we each have the right to explore and become our truest selves, and I hope to join you in creating and aligning with the changes and goals that you want.
