Welcome! I'm Tobi! I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families. You've leaped to decide on therapy, now let's keep the momentum with finding a therapist that is right for you, right now! I work with clients to explore recurring challenges related to anxiety, PTSD, depression, and/or self-care. I focus on helping clients identify maladaptive patterns, and develop assertive communication & boundaries with themselves and those around them that can help improve their quality of life. In our first session together, I will curiously ask questions to connect with you, one human being to another human being. I will ask about what brings you to therapy and if there are any present pressing matters that you would like your therapist to know. Before the session ends, I will ask you specifically what you would like to get out of it.
