Welcome! I'm Tobi! I am a Licensed Marriage & Family therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families. I want to first applaud you for taking the leap to get support for your next chapter! You've made the leap in deciding on therapy, now let's keep the momentum with finding a therapist that is right for you, right now! I especially work with clients to explore recurring challenges related to anxiety, PTSD, depression, and/or self-care. I focus on helping clients identify maladaptive patterns, develop assertive communication & boundaries with themselves and those around them that can help improve their quality of life. I strive to personalize and facilitate systematic, strategic, and effective support plans for individuals to achieve what they believe (or don't believe is possible) after a series of setbacks or interpersonal challenges.
