Many of my clients have lived through sexual trauma, childhood trauma, or are facing the challenges of complex PTSD. They often come to therapy ready to move beyond feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves and others. I enjoy working with individuals and couples and have extensive experience supporting LGBTQ+ communities, immigrants, and those impacted by systemic or interpersonal trauma.
