Sometimes we know we want things to change, but we don’t know where to start or even why we keep ending up in the same patterns. Sometimes we just need someone to root for us as we work on getting closer to our goals. I work with clients to gently explore what’s beneath those patterns, often through the lens of the inner child. The parts of us that didn’t feel seen, safe, or understood growing up don’t just disappear. They show up in how we relate to others, how we deal with things, and how we see ourselves. This is a space to slow down, get honest, and begin offering those parts the care and compassion they’ve always needed.
