About
We are a group of experienced Trauma/Addiction therapists and Yoga/Sound/Movement therapists who provide healing groups, retreats and staff trainings, both in person and online. We use somatic healing strategies for preventing "compassion fatigue", burnout, and for healing from trauma/PTSD/addictions. We combine somatic interventions-e.g. (Peace Movement sessions- Sound healing groups, Trauma-informed Yoga practices, and EMDR). We also offer Trauma informed agency trainings and consultation to both addiction and behavioral health programs.
