Thank you for reaching my practice. I am currently accepting a limited number of new clients. I work collaboratively with adults navigating emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions, often feeling stuck despite insight and effort. My approach is direct, supportive, and skills-based, with a strong foundation in DBT and trauma-informed care to help clients build emotional regulation, clarity, and healthier patterns. As my practice continues to grow, additional clinicians and expanded availability are expected in early Spring 2026 (around March).
