I am a therapist, author and speaker who specializes in treating women navigating divorce. I am the author of Unhitched: The Essential Divorce Guide for Women and write about divorce for Psychology Today and Psychotherapy Networker. Through exploration and collaboration, I want to help you gain more clarity, become more connected, and feel greater satisfaction with your life. In addition to my direct clinical work, I provide supervision, consultation and training to clinicians on divorce, group therapy and a variety of other topics. It is of the utmost importance to me that we create a confidential space that is safe for you to explore and challenge yourself. My style is honest, engaging and direct with a good dose of humor at the right times. I want you to feel comfortable enough to explore and uncomfortable enough that you are challenged just the right amount.
