It’s easy to underestimate the power of speaking openly to another person—and how isolating it is when that doesn’t feel possible in daily life. Saying things out loud can create real movement, and I’m glad you’re here to begin that work. I help people explore trauma, work through major life changes and relationship challenges, and make sense of feeling lost or disconnected. Much of what makes therapy work comes down to the relationship—you should feel safe, understood, and able to be fully yourself with your therapist. I’ll challenge you, find moments for humor, and always meet you with kindness, warmth, and humility.
