Life can be difficult to navigate at times. You don't have to do it alone. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, with years of experience working with families, adults and adolescents, who present with mental health needs. I assist my clients by providing a safe space to navigate their life and personal experiences and help them develop tools and building blocks to create a better quality of life. I have worked in different settings with many different populations such as hospitals, intensive outpatient programs, private substance abuse treatment facilities etc.
