Working with kids, teens, caregivers, and those wanting to grow their family (IVF, IUI, foster, adoption) is truly my jam, as is my work with aging and end-of-life care. Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed, unsure how to help their loved one, or quietly carrying misunderstood stress, grief, or self-doubt. They wonder why emotions feel so big, how to support a neurodivergent child without changing them, or why family and life transitions stir fear, shame, or a sense of inferiority. My work is about granting yourself permission to explore what's holding you back so self-compassion and empowerment can move you forward.
