My experience has focused on trauma, anxiety, and childhood concerns - things that we can all relate to, but we may have second thoughts or some hesitation about addressing or even acknowledging. Sometimes we feel disconnected and detached from others, emotionally fatigued and/or on edge, and sometimes we just feel "off" and have no idea where to start.
