If you’re facing stress, big life changes, an intimate relationship, or family struggles, you don’t have to walk through them alone. My role is to come alongside you, helping you uncover the strength and solutions already within or build new ones through proven, evidence-based approaches. While my Christian faith shapes who I am, I welcome and respect all beliefs and lifestyles without judgment. My goal is to offer a safe space where you feel truly heard, supported, and empowered to grow and heal. I help clients navigate stress, anxiety, and life transitions while supporting relationships and family challenges. I focus on men’s issues, single parenting, and adoption, and provide children and teens (9–15) a safe space to grow. Using evidence-based approaches, I guide clients toward healing, resilience, and personal growth.
