Anxiety, panic, fear, and OCD have answers. You can take control. Patients average a 15-week treatment under our specialists. We also offer 6 to 8 day intensive formats. We use empirically supported treatments tailored to each individual, including home visits and practicing skills outside of the office setting. Our pride is in our success rate. The focus at OCAC is to do a proper assessment to understand the issues, set goals, achieve them, and move on in life as quickly as possible. We love helping those who thought there was no help available, or have tried other therapies that haven't worked. It's not about "just breathe and relax".
