You’ve always been the “strong one.” The responsible one. The one who holds it together. But lately, something feels heavier. Maybe you’re anxious, constantly on edge, or burned out from carrying more than you ever talk about. Maybe you’re repeating the same relationship patterns, shutting down emotionally, or feeling disconnected from yourself. Even if your childhood looked “fine from the outside,” old wounds have a way of showing up in adult life. My work focuses on helping high-functioning adults heal the deeper roots of trauma and attachment injuries so they can finally feel grounded, connected, and emotionally free. I have been trained in Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Psychoanalysis and EMDR. My style is compassionate, non-judgmental, down-to-earth, flexible and organized. My approach is to meet you where you are at in the present moment and time. This approach helps me understand where you want to start and constructing goals in therapy.
